Jagged Alliance: Back in Action is a new interpretation of the 1999 classic Jagged Alliance 2. The developers have totally revamped the graphics and gameplay to bring Back in Action right up the 21st century.
So it was only logical to give the music a general overhaul, inspired by a track that Chris Hülsbeck released in the 1991 album “Shades”:
Once Dynamedion’s composer, Tilman Sillescu, had transformed his ideas for a contemporary soundtrack into notes, little was left of the original inspiration apart from a respectful nod to Mr. Hülsbeck.
Dynamedion’s compositions were performed by the Halle an der Saale symphony orchestra, and anyone listening to the sound world of the pieces will immediately recognize that this is the work of true professionals.
